Executive Summary
Meta delivered quarterly revenue of $64.60 billion, up 26%, and forecast further growth. Yet investors also received a more demanding capital spending outlook and a new nonvoting share plan. The Thesis
Meta’s existing business and its expansion should be assessed separately. Advertising demonstrates current demand.
